If the delivery is made outside the European Union, delivery time vary due to local customs procedures and as a recipient you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes.

We truly hope you enjoy our creations, but if for any reason you are not quite pleased with your choice, any full price item bought online can be returned within 14 days of receipt in the original packaging with no signs of wear, damage or dirt, with the original tags attached, without any penalty using the link below. We will not refund any sales or discounted items.

After receipt of returned package and acknowledgement of fulfilment of return conditions, S.C. ATZEMOS S.R.L. will refund the value of the order within maximum 14 business days.
