SHIPPING AND RETURNS

All orders delivered in Romania will benefit from complimentary shipping.

International orders above 500 Euro will be delivered free of charge.

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday. Orders available in stock will be shipped within a maximum of 24 hours. Please bear in mind that our pieces are produced in our atelier in limited series. Items that are not in stock might take up 5 business days for production. This should be added at the delivery time specified below.

All orders are shipped from Bucharest, Romania. If the delivery is made outside the European Union, delivery time vary due to local customs procedures and as a recipient you are liable for all import duties, custom and local sales taxes.

We truly hope you enjoy our creations, but if for any reason you are not quite pleased with your choice, any full price item bought online can be returned within 14 days of receipt in the original packaging with no signs of wear, damage or dirt, with the original tags attached, without any penalty using the link below. We will not refund any sales or discounted items. The customers are responsible for returning the articles back to us. After receipt of returned package and acknowledgement of fulfilment of return conditions, S.C. ATZEMOS S.R.L. will refund the value of the order within maximum 14 business days.
